Key Responsibilities: Assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care needs
Prioritize care efficiently across assigned patients
Provide goal-oriented care to patients and families
Function independently and within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration and positive standing
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Cerner, Powerchart, and Microsoft Office
Current BCLS and specified clinical certifications
