Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide high-level admin support to the project team and handle POs, travel and housing coordination, and weekly timesheet submissions. Your duties include screening calls, organizing site deliveries, maintaining files, taking meeting minutes and assisting with monthly billing and payroll processes.
