The work includes appointment coordination, intake referrals, client records, Microsoft Office documents, and clinical databases. You will help maintain organized clinic operations and respectful client service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate appointments, lists, notifications, and client information
Receive referrals and update clinical information systems
Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and consultation documentation
Maintain client charts, files, supplies,



and equipment
Greet clients and respond to routine service inquiries
Requirements: Grade 12 and recognized medical office assistant training
Three years of recent related experience, or equivalent
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic management practices
