Direct multi-purpose centre operations, coordinate programming, and supervise Neighbourhood Centre Programmers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee protected, effective neighbourhood centre service delivery
Guide facility bookings, permits, and utilization practices
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate assigned staff
Monitor programs, performance data,



and community needs
Manage budgets and approve authorized expenditures
Requirements: Knowledge of community development through recreation and social programs
Leadership experience in performance management and delegated work
Strong research, analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to plan and direct assigned staff
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Regina
