Build catalogue items, approvals, and fulfilment workflows
Troubleshoot SAM integrations, data, and backend processing

Requirements:
Minimum three years hands-on Service Now SAM Pro experience
Experience configuring models, entitlements, metrics, and reconciliation
Solid Service Now workflow, automation, and catalogue experience
