This Human Resources Business Partner Manager advises AVPs and District Managers on strategies supporting business objectives and HR imperatives. You will influence outcomes through data-based recommendations and guide talent initiatives with business partners and Centers of Excellence. The position requires robust knowledge across multiple HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Influence business strategy through data-based insights

Requirements: Five to seven years of relevant HRBP experience
