The position coordinates activities, monitors customer requests, supports meetings, and communicates priorities. It requires skilled representation, sound judgment, and awareness of contractual authorities and program governance.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily program activities with DND stakeholdersTrack customer requests, actions, priorities, and issuesSupport meetings, briefings, and program reviewsDocument decisions, minutes, action items, and follow-upEscalate significant issues to Arcfield leadershipRequirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experienceExperience supporting DND, CAF, or federal organizationsDefence program, government contract, or military operations experienceKnowledge of military aviation operations or sustainmentAbility to obtain required Government of Canada security clearanceApply defence coordination, stakeholder communication, and aviation program knowledge as Arcfield Canada’s CF-18 representative in Gatineau.
