Gore Mutual seeks a Field Claims Advisor, Property, with at least five years of property adjusting experience. You will manage claims end-to-end, investigate losses, interpret first-party property coverages, and control costs. The territory includes Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, and Markham.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned claims throughout the claim lifecycle
Conduct inspections, capture photos, and document damage
Assess coverage, exposure, fraud, and subrogation prospects
Coordinate vendors, reserves, payments, and required communications




Maintain accurate files and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:
Minimum five years of property adjusting experience
Minimum three years of field adjusting experience
Knowledge of building damage scoping practices
Solid communication, de-escalation, and customer service skills
Xactimate proficiency is an asset
