Sales Representative | Industrial Services

Location: Alberta

Base Salary: $70,000

First-Year On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$120,000

The Opportunity

Summit Search Group is partnering with an established industrial services organization to recruit an Outside Sales Representative.

This is an excellent chance for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being in front of customers, developing new business, and building long-term partnerships.

Our client has an established presence in the market and is looking to add a motivated sales professional to help expand its customer base and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, construction, and energy-related markets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and sales presentations.




Work closely with internal operations teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close current business.
Manage an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
Exposure to industrial services, construction, energy, equipment, or related B2B markets is considered an asset.
A demonstrated ability to develop relationships and generate recent business.
Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales.

Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000 annually
First-Year OTE: $100,000–$120,000
