As Clinic Manager, you will oversee business operations from consultation through treatment and follow-up. You will manage P&L;, administrative teams, capacity, patient flow, and inventory. Partnering with medical, laboratory, and nursing leaders, you will coordinate care and improve access.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the patient journey from consultation through treatment and follow-up
Improve communication, handoffs, feedback, and Net Promoter Score
Plan capacity, staffing, schedules, space, equipment, and inventory
Manage P&L;, spending, monthly results, and budget variances

Requirements:
Three to five years of healthcare clinic management experience
Robust preference for fertility clinic management experience
Business operations, scheduling, inventory, and people management experience
Robust relationship-building, communication, and people skills
Knowledge of secure, inclusive 2SLGBTQIA+ environments
