This Concept Artist develops realistic and stylized characters, costumes, and clothing assets across the game’s visual development process. You will create rough sketches, refined line art, rendered illustrations, Directional Packages, accessory details, and material call-outs. Your work helps Art Directors, Character Artists, and 3D artists translate visual ideas into in-game assets.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret creative briefs through original character and costume designs
Create turnarounds, accessory shots, and material call-outs
Render garments with accurate structural and surface details




Pose figures dynamically for action and dramatic scenes
Support Character Art through production cycles and assignments
Requirements: Experience designing game characters across development phases
Solid realistic anatomy and human body fundamentals
Ability to render fabrics, materials, lighting, weight, and surfaces
Versatility designing realistic and stylized characters and costumes
Familiarity with Blender, Maya, Substance Designer, or Marmoset
