This Manager develops and executes lifecycle marketing strategies across important broker and customer interactions. You will build segmentation, journey frameworks, personalization approaches, and nurturing programs. Collaboration with Broker Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams connects audience insights with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop broker and customer journey frameworks aligned with audience needs
Recommend messaging, timing, and channels to maximize engagement
Support lead qualification, nurturing, and management processes




Monitor lead generation performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Partner across teams to execute targeted marketing initiatives
Requirements: Five to eight years in B2B lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related disciplines
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with segmentation and journey development
Experience supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
Understanding of personalization and marketing automation best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
