As a Customer Support Management Skilled, you will enhance SPOT service delivery through accurate estimates, proposals, and operational tracking. You will promote CPQ adoption, support mobile digitization, and coordinate information across field teams and customers. The role also contributes to forecasting, cost monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and proposals using field input
Promote CPQ and CPQ mobile adoption
Support work digitization initiatives as local champion
Review Reactive Quoted Work reports and pipeline
Assist forecasting and monitor job costs against estimates
Requirements: Completed post-secondary education
Three years of relevant customer support experience
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Basic task prioritization, scheduling, cost management, and reporting skills
Technical, installation, product knowledge, or estimation experience valued
Use estimation, CPQ, reporting, and customer support expertise to strengthen Honeywell Building Automation service operations.
