As an Employee Experience Advisor, you will define communication strategy, manage channels, and advise leadership. You will also support targeted recruitment, recognition initiatives, and Head Office onboarding. The work combines internal communications, employee experience, employer branding, and integration activities across Leclerc’s sites.
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement internal communications strategy across all sites
Manage channels and measure their effectiveness
Advise leadership on change and crisis communications
Develop employer branding and recruitment campaigns




Coordinate recognition and Head Office onboarding initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or relevant field
Minimum five years’ internal communications experience
Experience in recruitment, employee experience, and employer branding
Fluency in French and English, verbally and in writing
Proficiency with digital content tools and artificial intelligence solutions
Bring internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise to strengthen employee experience at Leclerc Biscuits.
