The work involves purchase orders, cost analysis, supplier communication, inventory controls, and procurement software. You will help maintain reliable supply chains and accurate purchasing records.
Key Responsibilities: Develop supplier relationships supporting timely delivery and quality
Create and process accurate purchase orders
Monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing needs
Analyze costs and negotiate supplier prices
Maintain purchase, supplier, and transaction records
Requirements: Completed vocational training
Negotiation skills for favorable supplier terms
Analytical abilities using pricing and supplier data
Knowledge of procurement and inventory software
