Stream-Flo seeks a certified Journeyman Machinist for its manufacturing operations. The work involves operating conventional machinery, using mathematics for practical machining problems, and maintaining product quality against drawing specifications. You will also support apprentices or new machinists through training.
Key Responsibilities: Operate machines using three and four-jaw chucks where applicable
Calculate dimensions and layouts with geometry and trigonometry
Monitor turning, facing, knurling, and thread-chasing operations
Maintain clean machines, equipment, and workstations




Train new machinists and apprentices as assigned
Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience operating conventional lathes
Alberta journeyman machinist certification or equivalent Red Seal
Large-part turning and offset boring experience
High attention to detail and solid prioritization skills
Self-motivated approach with minimal supervision required
Use conventional lathe experience, mathematical precision, and training ability to uphold Stream-Flo machining quality and productivity.
