Key Responsibilities: Plan and supervise daily greenhouse labour activities
Lead teams through planting, harvesting, and sanitation
Train employees on procedures, quality, and safety
Monitor attendance, productivity, hours, and work quality
Report crop, staffing, and operational concerns
Requirements: Minimum two years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
