As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will generate current business within the staffing and recruitment industry. You will develop territory plans, manage recruitment efforts, and translate market intelligence into actionable forecasts. The position requires relationship building with clients, partners, and industry associations to expand Tundra’s brand.
Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calls, meetings, relationships, and events
Manage recruitment efforts for new business opportunities
Develop and execute go-to-market territory plans
Evaluate trends, competition, economic factors, and market changes




Maintain contacts with assigned accounts and strategic partners
Requirements: Experience as a go-to-market partner in staffing and recruitment
Consistent superior results, including top 25% performance
Experience forecasting accurately and completing competitive analyses
Ability to develop successful go-to-market strategies and tactics
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Use business development, forecasting, and relationship-building expertise to expand Tundra’s recruitment growth and client opportunities.
