Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager drives sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You will manage daily operations, develop a motivated team, and maintain an on-brand experience. Success requires retail management, customer-first leadership, scheduling, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and exceed targets through brand initiatives
Coach, train, and develop the store team
Manage scheduling for efficient daily operations
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of retail or service management experience
Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
Natural leadership approach and growth mindset
Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
