VHA Home HealthCare’s Extreme Cleaner provides household assistance for diverse clients in their homes and community settings. The work includes cleaning, laundry, organizing, and sanitizing while meeting public health standards. Activities follow client specifications, agency time allowances, confidentiality requirements, and VHA policies.
Key Responsibilities: Wash floors, sinks, walls, windows, and related surfaces
Vacuum, dust, wipe appliances, and empty wastebaskets
Complete laundry, ironing, furniture polishing, and sanitizing
Organize cupboards, stoves,



fridges, and closets
Submit accurate timekeeping and participate in requested meetings
Requirements: Minimum one year of private or institutional cleaning experience
Ability to read and write English at Grade 8 level
Ability to work independently from preset instructions
Valuable physical and mental health
Flexibility supporting diverse client groups
