Oversee plant operations for New-Life Mills in Inkerman, Ontario, coordinating production staffing, quality assurance, and Health and Safety compliance.
Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor for its New-Life Mills division. This full time permanent role manages daily plant activity, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, quality control, and timely manufacturing. You will support Feed Assure™ compliance, employee relations, preventative maintenance, and facility-wide health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Train production staff on Health and Safety and Feed Safety
Assist with hiring, training, and production scheduling
Track deviations according to QA/QC policies
Communicate regularly with the Plant Manager
Schedule committee meetings, inspections, and training
Requirements: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Evening and weekend on-call availability when required
Agriculture or food production experience is an asset
Supervise New-Life Mills plant operations through staffing, QA/QC monitoring, Feed Assure™, and workplace safety coordination in Inkerman.
