You will supervise floor operations, assist customers, and lead a small team with coaching and hands-on training. Your role includes delegating tasks, managing displays, and ensuring daily readiness while upholding Farm Boy standards.
You’ll work in a rapid-paced environment, supporting schedules that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required; French is an asset.
