Advance biologic therapies as an Analyst II, Analytical Development, using method development and characterization expertise at Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc. Collaborate across biopharmaceutical programs.
This Analyst II supports technology transfer, method development, qualification, and validation for analytical methods characterizing biologics. You will plan experiments, generate data, prepare technical reports, and support early-stage research, preclinical development, and late-stage CMC programs. Work spans monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, fusion proteins, and recombinant proteins.
Key Responsibilities: Execute analytical method transfers, development, qualification, and validation
Plan, conduct, troubleshoot, and document laboratory studies independently
Develop separation methods and bioassays for biologics characterization
Communicate data, insights,



and recommendations to project teams
Write and review analytical SOPs and work instructions
Requirements: Master’s degree plus one year relevant experience, or bachelor’s plus three years
Experience with HPLC, LC-MS, CE, and Empower 3 software
Knowledge of analytical characterization techniques for biologics
Bioassay development experience, including receptor-binding or cell-based assays, is an asset
Understanding of GMP, GDP, documentation, and regulatory filing strategies
Apply analytical development, biologics characterization, and method validation expertise to programs at Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc.
