This temporary, on-call position centers on member and client experience. You will welcome people, listen to needs, support financial empowerment, and advise on banking transactions. You will also promote Desjardins products, services, distribution channels, and digital solutions while identifying personalized options.
Key Responsibilities: Explain technological tools and applications for independent transactions
Contribute to business development through service delivery activities
Maintain business relationships with members and clients
Assist with fraud or irregularities and refer appropriate partners
Follow compliance, security, and risk management rules
Requirements: High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Effective communication and customer focus
