Reporting to the AR/AP Supervisor, this in-office position focuses on the accuracy and integrity of accounts payable records. You will review, verify, code, accrue, reconcile, and file invoices from manufacturers and other vendors. The assignment includes credit card postings, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and additional accounting support. Permanent employment may be possible based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Verify, code, post, and file manufacturer and vendor invoices
Prepare credit card postings and monthly reconciliations
Complete accruals and journal entries for month-end




Maintain AP systems, policies, procedures, and documentation
Recommend improvements to accounting efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant AP or accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to question discrepancies and follow corrective actions
Use QuickBooks, Excel, and reconciliation expertise to maintain reliable accounts payable records at Hearing Solutions.
