Support clients across the Niagara Region through social work assessment, treatment planning, and coordinated community care. This is a part-time position.
As a Social Worker with ParaMed, you will address psychosocial, physical, and mental health concerns for clients and families. You will work in residential or institutional settings with pediatrics and adults. The position requires client assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, advocacy, and resource coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Assess financial, accommodation, legal, and mental health barriers
Design treatment plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise
Advocate for clients and families facing complex health situations
Connect clients and families with community resources




Evaluate interventions and communicate progress with healthcare teams
Requirements: Degree in Social Work with provincial registration or licensing
Minimum two years practicing as a Social Worker
Knowledge of applicable mental health and healthcare legislation
Solid oral, written, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Current Canadian First Aid, CPR, and Vulnerable Position Screening
Apply social work expertise, advocacy, and clinical judgment while supporting ParaMed clients and families throughout the Niagara Region.
