Lead weekly promotions at Canadian Tire while coordinating seasonal merchandise, feature areas, and customer-focused retail execution. Work within the store’s Management team.
As Promotions Manager, you will report to the Store Manager or General Manager and manage current and upcoming deals. The position combines planning, team leadership, retail operations, and customer service. You will help ensure promotional areas support customer satisfaction and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop weekly promotional plans for current and upcoming deals
Manage seasonal changeovers and daily departmental activities
Ensure feature areas are filled, faced, and business-ready
Train, coach, motivate, and support departmental team members




Communicate product shortages and resolve customer or employee issues
Requirements: Supervisory, leadership, managerial, or relevant experience
Ability to plan, organize, communicate, delegate, and follow up
Robust computer and organizational skills
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and ladder use
Bring promotional planning, team leadership, organizational skills, and retail execution experience to Canadian Tire’s Management team.
