This blended Recruiter and Business Partner role dedicates 60% to recruitment and talent acquisition. The remaining 40% supports assigned leaders with routine employee matters, consistent practices, and appropriate escalation. You will collaborate with hiring managers, Communications, EDI, and People and Culture colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Lead assigned vacancies from intake through selection, offers, and onboarding
Develop inclusive sourcing plans with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain confidential recruitment records and workflows in UKG
Advise leaders on performance, attendance, development, and workplace concerns




Coordinate routine employee relations resolution and escalate complex matters
Requirements: Post-secondary education in human resources, business, communications, or related field
Two to four years of progressive recruitment and human resources experience
Exposure to employee relations, onboarding, or People and Culture programs
Experience using HR systems and digital collaboration tools
Robust understanding of inclusive hiring and candidate experience
Support YWCA Calgary through inclusive recruitment, trusted leader advice, UKG administration, and practical People and Culture solutions.
