This three-month contract supports residential and commercial customers for a Canadian natural gas utility services provider. You will schedule certified field technicians, transmit technical instructions, and coordinate emergency responses using dispatch programs and telecommunication platforms. The schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday, from 2:30PM to 11:00PM.
Key Responsibilities: Process residential and commercial natural gas service requests
Schedule certified technicians according to service level agreements
Transmit technical instructions and clear work orders
Respond to unexpected utility emergency situations




Monitor routes, appointments, assignments, and coding reports
Requirements: Two to three years of dispatch, call center, or customer service experience
Utility, field service, or emergency dispatch experience is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent required
Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel proficiency
Ability to multitask calmly under pressure
Use dispatch coordination, customer service, and problem-solving skills to support protected utility operations across Mississauga and surrounding areas.
