Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care with eye clinic providers and specialists
Document patient follow-up and treatment compliance
Connect clients with insurance enrollment resources




Assist with basic ophthalmic screenings and testing
Enter optical orders and complete eyeglass repairs
Requirements: Experience with healthcare front desk operations preferred
Insurance enrollment experience strongly preferred
