The Credit Representative handles credit and collections for client portfolios across several regional branches. The work includes assessing risk, processing payments, and supporting accurate receivables administration. Candidates need strong communication, Excel, Word, Outlook, and independent decision making abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Make collection calls and follow up for prompt customer payment
Review financial information regularly to assess credit risk
Process credit card payments in the accounting system




Approve credit applications and establish recent customer accounts
Coordinate receivables updates and timely dispute resolution
Requirements: Minimum five years handling high volume business collections
Experience analyzing Equifax and Dun and Bradstreet reports
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and make timely decisions
