Chudleigh’s seeks a Maintenance Shift Lead to supervise technicians and coordinate maintenance activities supporting plant-floor workflow. Apply industrial equipment knowledge, root cause analysis, CMMS documentation, and KPI tracking to improve reliability. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians
Plan and monitor daily maintenance activities
Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
Track uptime, downtime, PM compliance,



and work orders
Coordinate maintenance across production and support functions
Requirements: Technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience
Three to five years industrial maintenance experience
Licensed Millwright 433A or Electrical 442A preferred
Strong industrial equipment troubleshooting knowledge
CMMS, safety training, and maintenance documentation proficiency
