The position supports store functions, merchandise flow, opening and closing procedures, and promotional displays. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily store functions and activities
Help customers and address questions or concerns
Transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to sales floors
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
Requirements: Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to interpret and explain operational directives
Solid communication, interpersonal, and written skills
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
