This Project Coordinator manages activities connected with signaling design and construction. The position coordinates contractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders while tracking actions and follow-ups. Robust knowledge of engineering principles, contract plans, project schedules, permits, and transit operations supports effective project performance.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate office and site construction activities
Review contractor plans and ground disturbance permits
Coordinate approvals while minimizing transit service impacts
Monitor costs, contracts, schedules, risks, and change orders




Prepare stakeholder reports and support project handover
Requirements: At least five years in transit facilities planning, design, and construction
Experience interpreting contract plans and engineering specifications
Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders
Knowledge of civil engineering, architecture, codes, and standards
Valid Ontario G driver's licence and recent abstract
Bring rail construction coordination, contractor management, and cost-control experience to Metrolinx signaling projects serving Toronto transit lines.
