Dynacare’s Laboratory Health Services Centre needs a Technician for routine laboratory procedures supporting disease diagnosis and treatment. The position includes specimen collection, preparation, testing records, and quality control reporting. You will work 22.5 hours weekly from 7:30am to 12:00pm.
Key Responsibilities: Collect venous and capillary blood specimens
Complete routine urine collections and specimen preparations
Prepare monthly quality control statistical reports
Record test and control results accurately
Observe safety precautions during all duties
Requirements: Laboratory Technician program graduation or equivalent previous experience
Phlebotomy experience
Robust attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and independent work skills
Required current criminal and abuse registry checks
