Toast seeks a Field Implementation Technician to install restaurant technology, configure networks, and train customer teams across the Greater Toronto Area.
This technician becomes a Toast POS product expert while serving as an on-site or remote customer contact. Responsibilities include hardware installation, restaurant consultation, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-live support. The work supports Toast’s international growth and requires effective communication with restaurant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Install and configure Toast terminals, handhelds, printers, and peripherals
Conduct restaurant operations consultations and training sessions
Test and troubleshoot unknown networking problems




Maintain implementation plans and network diagrams
Provide post-live guidance, troubleshooting, and follow-up training
Requirements: Flexibility for early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends
Excellent communication and customer presentation skills
Solid organization, attention to detail, and timely problem-solving
Willingness to travel locally, potentially up to 100%
Networking knowledge is a plus
Apply field technology, restaurant training, and troubleshooting skills while implementing Toast POS for customers.
