Suncor is hiring Disability Management professionals for its integrated disability management team. You will support employees through short-term disability and Workers’ Compensation Board claims. The work requires claims experience, disability management knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sound judgment with health information.
Key Responsibilities: Adjudicate and initially manage employee short-term disability claims
File Workers’ Compensation Board claims according to legislation
Assess employee fitness for work and communicate findings




Educate stakeholders on STD and WCB program requirements
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and internal records
Requirements: At least two years of claims or disability management experience
Bachelor’s degree in medical or human sciences
Knowledge of disability management practices and relevant legislation
Basic knowledge of STD plans and disability contracts
Microsoft Office proficiency; Cority experience
Apply disability management expertise, ethical judgment, and communication skills while supporting Suncor employees through claims intake.
