Support global partnerships and cross-functional projects in a fully remote Canada-based coordinator position requiring organization and clear communication.
You will coordinate work across Strategy, Innovation, and Impact and Policy and Strategic Partnerships teams. This position supports partner communication, strategic planning, events, financial administration, and knowledge management. Your coordination will help maintain accountability, information flow, and follow-through across organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a coordination contact for current and prospective partners
Schedule partnership meetings and organize due diligence requests
Coordinate virtual and in-person conferences, workshops, retreats, and events
Maintain Salesforce accounts, campaigns, contacts, and generated reports




Support internal learning, impact storytelling, and digital content updates
Requirements: Qualified working proficiency in English
Clear writing for briefing notes, reports, presentations, policies, and communications
Strong interpersonal skills for trust, collaboration, and respectful disagreement
Ethical judgment, discretion, honesty, and responsible information management
Comfort working remotely with occasional evening or weekend availability
Use partnership coordination, Salesforce support, event planning, and communication skills to connect teams and stakeholders worldwide.
