Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care in a senior living community. The position includes resident assessment, family communication, staff guidance, and supervision of assigned Personal Support Workers. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within established policies and resident plans
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Communicate with residents, families, and staff effectively
Oversee resident care and guide staff




Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health experience is an asset
Valuable judgment and ability to identify risk
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
