This Management and Sales Training Program prepares you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. During training, you will learn sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. You will collaborate with store management, support business strategy, and serve commercial and retail customers. Successful completion of the initial eight-week training may lead to an Assistant Store Manager position.
Key Responsibilities: Complete training consistent with the established program
Support strategies increasing sales and optimizing profitability




Build product knowledge for effective customer recommendations
Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service
Partner on outside sales calls increasing market share
Requirements: At least eighteen years of age
Legally authorized to work in the employment country
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
College or University Diploma or Degree by program start
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
Develop leadership, sales, operations, and customer service capabilities through Sherwin-Williams’ structured management training program.
