As a Painter, you will complete interior and exterior projects throughout Pier 4’s multi-family residential portfolio. The work includes sanding, scraping, patching, cleaning, priming, painting, and applying protective coatings. You will also perform touch-ups, manage materials, and maintain secure, organized workspaces.
Key Responsibilities: Complete interior and exterior residential painting projects
Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, patching, and cleaning
Apply paints, primers, and protective coatings
Perform aesthetic maintenance and property touch-ups
Coordinate priorities with the Renovations Lead
Requirements: Minimum five years of professional painting experience
Required commercial painting experience
Experience with exterior, balcony, line, and low-rise painting
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to work at heights and lift fifty pounds
Use your commercial painting, surface preparation, and finishing expertise to maintain Pier 4 properties across Nova Scotia.
