This full time role guides estimating and budgeting for luxury custom homes and whole-home renovations. Reporting to the company president, you will review architectural drawings, establish scope, obtain trade pricing, and prepare proposals. You will also coordinate project handoffs into active construction.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and budgets for custom homes and major renovations
Review drawings, specifications, scopes, schedules, and construction costs
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing using historical project data
Present assumptions, revisions,



and alternatives to homeowners and designers
Coordinate agreements, clarifications, and handoffs with project teams
Requirements: Five or more years of residential construction estimating experience
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and trade scopes
Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own transportation
Bring construction estimating, numerical accuracy, and client communication skills to Toronto custom homes and major renovation projects.
