Alberta Infrastructure seeks a Maintenance Service Worker III for the Hanna Provincial Building and government buildings in Drumheller, Oyen, and Coronation. Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, you will support productive facility operations, comfort, and safety. The work includes equipment inspections, cooling systems, building management systems, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide preventative maintenance for building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot operational needs and report findings
Respond to building emergencies and provide after-hours support




Inspect equipment and complete scheduled quality assurance checks
Inspect and verify contractor work during assigned projects
Requirements: Building Operator A, Fifth Class Power Plant Engineer, or trade certification
Class 5 driver's licence
Physical ability to perform assigned manual duties
Technical written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills for competing requests and priorities
Support Alberta Infrastructure facilities through troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and responsive building operations.
