Village Farms is seeking a Supervisor, Post Harvest in Delta, BC to lead daily operations from drying to bulk packaging, ensuring product quality and production targets. You will guide Team Leads, coordinate staffing, and uphold GMP, safety, and ERP documentation while fostering a team-oriented, outcomes-focused team environment.
This role offers hands-on leadership with opportunities to optimize processes, implement improvements, and partner with Quality and Maintenance to prevent disruptions;
