Operate waste collection vehicles for Miller Waste Systems in Saint John, using Class 3 driving skills and solid safety practices. This permanent full-time position starts Monday to Friday at 5:30am or 6:00am.
As a Swing Class 3 Driver, you will service commercial, industrial, and residential customers while supporting efficient routes. You will operate Roll-Off, Commercial Rear Load, and Residential Rear Load trucks. The position reports to the Operations Manager and covers vacations, absences, and extra route support.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Roll-Off and rear load collection trucks
Service customers according to contractual requirements and schedules
Complete routes efficiently under Miller Waste protocols




Assist with residential collections during assigned periods
Push and pull containers from enclosures and rooms
Requirements: Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence
Clean driver’s abstract with no recent preventable accidents
Knowledge of Saint John roads and area
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility for changing hours, weekends, and statutory holidays
Bring safe truck operation, route flexibility, and customer service skills to Miller Waste Systems’ Saint John collection operations.
