This business-focused role connects corporate communications, executive storytelling, and technical agency execution during platform modernization. You will guide publishing workflows, authoring experiences, content migration, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities: Steer business priorities across the complete modernization lifecycle
Translate communications strategies into functional specifications and user stories
Coordinate delivery with the external implementation agency
Guide taxonomy, content audits,



and legacy migration
Lead business-side user acceptance testing and training
Requirements: Enterprise content management experience from a business perspective
Participation in large-scale redesigns or digital transformations
Ability to translate requirements into agile acceptance criteria
Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and user journey mapping
Availability onsite in Calgary three days weekly
