As Adecco’s National Sales Executive, you will maintain established national accounts while securing profitable new business. The role combines account planning, networking, sales calls, and needs analysis with close collaboration across Business Development, Proposals & Solutions, Customer Success, and Implementation. You will help maximize Adecco’s growth potential.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain satisfaction with key client decision-makers and provide added-value service
Develop account strategies supporting annual sales and gross margin objectives
Conduct needs analysis, sales calls, networking, and lead generation




Negotiate account contracts and coordinate effective contract implementation
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and expenditure monitoring reports
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent progressively responsible experience
At least five years of sales experience, preferably in services
Solid presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Networking, prospect development, organization, and analytical problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office and customer relationship management system proficiency
Bring persistence, strategic account management, and new-business development expertise to Adecco’s remote national sales team in Canada.
