As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Product at Dealer Image Pro, a PBS Systems division. The position connects dealerships’ vehicle imaging software with organized product operations, customer feedback, and release execution. You will investigate technical questions, maintain reporting, and communicate findings clearly to different audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate issue resolution with Development, Support, and Dealer Success
Answer usage, adoption, and customer experience questions
Track release readiness, rollouts, and internal communications




Capture and prioritize customer feedback and product ideas
Recommend practical product actions from technical findings
Requirements: Two to four years in product, analysis, or technical work
Product analytics, business intelligence, or monitoring-tool experience
Comfort asking questions and collaborating with engineers
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Ability to decide or escalate appropriately
Bring product coordination, analytical thinking, and technical communication to Dealer Image Pro’s automotive software operations team.
