The role coordinates country stakeholders, monitors performance, and supports strategic planning across the region. You will contribute to forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and financial reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Steer the NORCAM business model and regional economic alignment
Drive forecast and budget phases across USA, Mexico, and Canada
Challenge markets on P&L;, KPIs, and objectives
Report forecast results and performance trends to COMEX
Build dashboards supporting business and strategy monitoring
Requirements: Minimum two to three years controlling experience
Business or Engineering background
Fluent English and solid business understanding
Solid PowerPoint, Excel, and systems skills
Diligent, organized, proactive, and collaborative approach
