As Design Lead, you will direct drafting priorities, assign work, and guide technical decisions across both brands. You will answer client, architect, and consultant questions while producing drawings for live projects. The position combines hands-on detailing with team coaching and final technical review.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily drafting priorities across Mitrex and Cladify projects
Assign work according to experience, complexity, and brand
Resolve technical queries and coach drafters
Serve as primary client-facing technical contact
Review drawings and issue clouded revisions
Requirements:



Seven to ten or more years producing fabrication-ready shop drawings
Solid AutoCAD proficiency; Inventor, SolidWorks, or Revit valued
Architectural or structural technology diploma, or equivalent experience
Fluency reading architectural, structural, and envelope details
Ability to manage concurrent projects and personal drafting workload
Apply facade detailing, AutoCAD, client communication, and quality-control expertise across landmark Mitrex and Cladify projects.
